Meet the Founder
Kelli Williams is a healing-centered executive coach, keynote speaker, and author who helps leaders integrate identity, strategy, and purpose. With 25 years of leadership experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, agency, and entrepreneurial organizations, she partners with women and organizations to lead with greater clarity, courage, and authenticity.
As the former nonprofit CEO and Founder & CEO of Legacy Rising, Kelli brings together executive leadership, healing-centered coaching, and lived experience to help leaders become more fully themselves. She believes that doesn't happen by leaving part of themselves behind. It happens by integrating who they are into how they lead. Her work challenges the belief that professionalism requires separation and instead demonstrates how authenticity, reflection, and strategy create stronger leaders and more meaningful organizations.
Kelli is the author of the forthcoming book, Dear Daughter: Rise in Your Full Power and Say the Hard Things Out Loud, releasing September 3, 2027.
